• Tier One - Covers equipment eligible for manufacturer's or third party maintenance service for 30 days based on original ship date. OCC will provide advance exchange on a Next-Business Day basis of all non-working parts. Telephone support is available for problem solving.

• Tier Two - Covers equipment eligible for manufacturer's or third party maintenance service for one year. Includes Next-Business Day exchange basis of all non-working parts and Telephone support.

• Tier Three - Covers equipment eligible for manufacturer's or third party maintenance service for three years. Includes Next-Business Day exchange basis of all non-working parts and Telephone support.
